The Company strictly follows and complies with the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principles designed to prevent financial crimes, including money laundering, by verifying client identities and conducting due diligence.
At any time, the Company may request KYC documentation deemed necessary to verify a user’s identity and location within HookCasino. We reserve the right to limit access to services, payments, or withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
We apply a risk-based approach, performing thorough due diligence checks and continuous monitoring of all clients, transactions, and activities. In line with anti-money laundering regulations, we implement three levels of due diligence depending on the customer risk profile and transaction type:
Simplified Due Diligence (SDD): Applied to very low-risk transactions that fall below specified thresholds.
Customer Due Diligence (CDD): The standard level of verification and identification conducted in most cases.
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Required for high-risk customers, large transactions, or special cases.
Additionally, users who deposit a cumulative amount exceeding EUR 2,000 (or currency equivalent), request any withdrawal, or engage in transactions flagged as suspicious must complete the full KYC verification process.
